Mark Friesen

My husband and I would like to express our deepest thanks and appreciation to Mark Friesen and the staff at Coldwell Banker Panda Realty for our experience in our recent move to Edmonton. We had one week to fly to Edmonton for the first time and to purchase a home before our return 7 days later. Mark took our list of needs and with only a couple of weeks notice gave us a preliminary list of possible homes and took our opinion of them to hear. When we arrived, Mark had cleared his schedule to devote as much time as necessary to find us our home and wrap up the details in a very short time. He listened to my observations (and criticisms) at each house we looked at and, even more importantly, he gave us his honest opinion on what we were looking at, what it would meat to us, and whether it could work for us. Within 24 hours we had chosen a home with his advice, were able to purchase the home for $5,000 less than the asking price. Once Mark had helped us to complete all the details for our home purchase, he went beyond the call of duty and provided us with a trailer to use to put our garbage in when we started ripping out the original kitchen as well as personally taking it to the dump for us; he proved us with reliable names for a contractor for our kitchen, a painter for our living room, and a furnace service, as well as answering numerous emails with questions on how to do things and where to go. We have come to trust Mark and rely on him foray information knowing he will provide us with a reliable name or will recommend where to look.
